Channel 199, which goes live on the 1 December 2015 will be broadcast on the DSTV Premium, Extra, Compact, Family and Access Packages and will offer South African and SADC viewers a one-stop shop for original and acquired health, fitness and lifestyle content.


The GoodLife Network will showcase award winning Soul City drama series as well as a slate of exciting original formats focused on dealing with non-communicable diseases.
